Kenya's strongest cyclist Suleiman Kangangi has just won a race this past weekend and needs a recovery ride. He is also about to cycle 1,000 km in 3 days and needs a warm up ride. I know just the route for him. Today we're joined by Victor Wambua, Co-founder and captain of SpinKings, Frank Karuma and Ted Mwatha. In this video, we also visit Zuzu Bike shop and USN Kenya.
