Lost Sheep of Camp Norte - Crystal Angel - Homeless On Guam USA

Crystal is a Filipina that used to stay at Camp Norte with her boyfriend. When they broke up she left. Recently I spotted her on the other side of our village. Unlike the local homeless people on Guam, Crystal does not have family she can depend on, nor does she receive any Government assistance whatsoever.
