What happens when a brass band refuses to stay in one place? Instead of marching through the streets of a single city, this imaginary ensemble travels endlessly across continents, cultures and forgotten soundtracks, transforming every stop into an explosive celebration of trumpets, trombones, saxophones, sousaphones and unstoppable grooves. BRASS FEVER is a fictional brass band from the ever-expanding universe of The Lounge Club, where New Orleans second lines collide with Balkan celebrations, tropical rhythms, psychedelic funk, cinematic exotica, vintage jazz, global grooves and retro-futuristic imagination. Every track feels like another stop on an impossible world tour, performed by a group of eccentric musicians who look as if they escaped from forgotten science-fiction posters, cult movies and psychedelic record covers from another timeline. Rather than recreating any single musical tradition, this session celebrates movement, curiosity and cultural exchange. Brass instruments become storytellers, carrying melodies through hypnotic rhythms, unexpected harmonies and colorful arrangements that wander freely between continents, decades and imaginary worlds. Every project on The Lounge Club starts long before the music exists. Each release begins with research into musical traditions, visual references, forgotten genres, film aesthetics and cultural history. From there, concepts are developed through experimentation, prompt design, arrangement, selection, editing, sequencing and visual world-building, using AI as one creative tool within a much larger artistic process.
