How to Change the Silencer on a Triumph Street Triple 765 [Time Challenge]

On Triumph's website, the bike configurator states it takes a Triumph Technician 12 minutes to fit the Arrow silencer to your new Triumph Street Triple 765 and this goes for the S, R & RS versions. I don't have an Arrow exhaust but I do have a Yoshimura Alpha T end can along with the de-cat link pipe. I challenged myself to try and fit it to my Triumph Street Triple 765 R [LRH] version in that time frame. Do you think I can match the Triumph technicians in the time-frame?
