I finally had my top surgery on the 4th of November 2021 with Mr Antony Fitton! The surgery couldn't have gone better, Mr Fitton and the rest of the hospital team were incredible from the moment I got there, to the moment I left. I can't recommend the Plymouth team highly enough. Each and every person I saw were just so friendly and helpful, they can't help but put you at ease. And Mr Fitton is the nicest, most caring person you could ever imagine; I felt completely listened to and looked after everytime I saw him. I recorded as much of my time in hospital as possible as I knew I'd have no memory of anything that happened once I got out. (My memory is bad enough before you add anaesthetic and medication to the mix😅) The video covers the morning of my surgery, the hours in hospital before the operation, the time spent in hospital the next day and a bit of the drive back to where we were staying that day too.
