Our six favourite plants at Rippon Lea Estate garden!
This week on The Horti-Culturalists, the last of series of four videos from the fabulous Rippon Lea Estate in Melbourne. In this video we'll take a tour of the garden stopping at some of our favourite things - and as the gardens were first planted in the 1860's there are some incredible specimens! You can see our other Rippon Lea videos here: • RIPPON LEA ESTATE We've made a general tour video, we've looked at the amazing ferny and met the Dahlia specialist based at the estate. The plants we look at in this video are: Stenocarpus sinuatus Grewia occidentalis Hibiscus waimeae Epidendrum Dracaena draco Platycerium superbum Cycas revoluta The nursery Matthew mentions is here: https://riddellscreeknursery.com.au/ And you can find out more about visiting Rippon Lea Estate here: https://www.ripponleaestate.com.au/ Many thanks to the team of The National Trust for allowing us to wander around all day!
