Aurha (Labrys) vs emko (s.Naoto) | Long set [P4U2R]

Going through the gauntlet recently. That being said, to even stand a chance of winning a tournament these days, it's a requirement to beat s.Naoto and Yukari players, so can't hurt to get more experience. On the MU - very much a case of needing to mess with the Naoto player's perception of when you're willing to go on the offensive. Being both too passive and too aggressive (with the latter being the biggest killer of me here) will get you killed. Movement is also key - remembering that blocking in the air gives you your air movement back (and if you can, back-dashing ground traps on landing to invuln them). With regards to emko - very strong knowledge of s.Naoto routing, I was impressed with their ability to find confirms and kills. However, also pretty standard s.Naoto approach of not caring to interact in any way, and generally having poor game/MU knowledge, along with a pretty arrogant play style in general. This gave me enough of a lifeline to keep my head above water (at least, until I got a bit tired near the end). Odd they don't take part in any tournaments as far as I'm aware. I probably needed some more orbs and to be a touch better at avoiding/destroying traps, but overall felt like I did decently. Not my proudest set in terms of execution but given I haven't played all too much recently, hardly unexpected. Last video's encoding seemed to work well (1440p upscaling, 24k bitrate), so did the same here. ---------------------------------------- Timestamps: 00:00 Match 1-5 11:43 Match 6-12 29:51 Final match
