2003 Honda Accord ambient temperature sensor replacement without removing anything.

How to remove the ambient temperature sensor and replace it without taking the car apart. My sensor started reading from 5 to 10 degrees too high, so I decided to replace it. Watched some YouTube videos of how to do it and people were taking the whole front of the car off to get to it. Nope. I just reached thru the grill and did it. Only tool I used was a very small screwdriver to unlatch the retainers. Bought the cheapest senor on Amazon, $15. Seems to be working. Of course, your grill might be different. If I could not go thru the grill, I would try to go up from the bottom by taking off the lower pan. I can't imagine having to remove the whole front fascia as was done in one video.
