Hilt: 5.75” Grip: 4” Blade: 9.75” Total: 15.5” Weight: 1lb 2.7oz POB: .5” from end of the hilt MSRP: €142 + €50 for sheath decoration ($225.85 as of 8/8/21) The knife lacks refinement in appearance but has a shape that grows on you. Given the variety of knives out there, I am not sure how competitive this one is. $225 is a substantial sum when you look at what it can get you in a large knife. While I think it is fun and worth the money, I will not argue that it may not be the best option out there for a big knife.. That said, if you are looking for a knife with a nagel made in a Landsknecht style based on historical research, then I am not sure how many options you have. The Good: Fun feeling in the hand. Based on historical blades. Shape suited to tool and martial use. Belt system worked surprisingly well. The Bad: It has a rough appearance and lacks refinement in many of the fitment details.
