Cook for a minute and add 2-3 tbsp ginger/ garlic paste. Now add 2 cinnamon sticks, 6-7 cloves and 3-4 black cardamom. Cook for a minute and add 2 large sliced onions and cook until translucent. Now blend this mixture and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tsp red chili powder, 1-1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp lashmiri red chili and salt as taste. Cook this gravy for 6-7 minutes. Now add 150g yogurt and let it cook for 7-8 minutes. Now add 2 kg desi chicken and cook well for 8-10 minutes. Then add 2 litres of water in it and cook on pressure for 35 minutes. Once cooked, add garam masala and fresh coriander. Now its ready to be served!
