The following is a routine that should be doubled, if not tripled in duration and repetition. These exercises are meant to be done in a particular order that helps stimulate the deep lymphatic system, as well as move fluid from the superficial lymphatic system through the deep system. These exercises will help lower extremity as well as upper extremity lymphedema.
