FRS TO BRZ Bumper Swap

Link to part 2:    • BRZ on a FRS bumper fit fix   My 2014 Scion FRS needed a face lift, so we swapped it out with a 2017 Subaru BRZ front bumper. The fitment was good, but I did learn a few things. The first thing you need to plan ahead for are the lights. The FRS has turn signals in the bumper, but the BRZ has the turn signals built into the headlights. I ended up using the factory turn signal bulbs on the fog lights I bought off ebay. Looking back, I might have bought different lights altogether (like halo lights) and have the adapted to work with the car, but it did work just fine. The next thing you need to have are the brackets in each of the far corners...where the side markers go. Otherwise its almost impossible to get those side markers to stay in. Other than that, take your time and remember where all of the bumper clips go!
