This rather bizarre head torch is actually a wearable power bank with a standard USB flashlight plugged in the front. It works quite well as a light and doubles up as a low output power bank that can power and charge other devices. The brand is actually Probe Shiny, but shiny-probe is much easier to remember due to sounding slightly naughty. Here's an eBay search that should find this thing if you want to get one. Keep in mind that the unit is a bit of a jack of all trades but master of none. It works well as a head torch, but is made more complex by the 5V booster that allows it to charge and power other small loads. (800mA max, but probably better at 500mA or less.)
