92-96 Honda Prelude Fuel Temp Clock Warning Lights Cluster Repair

I replaced all 16 electrolytic capacitors in the gauge cluster for the fuel, temp, clock, and warning lights. 7 out of 16 were bad on the ESR meter. All new caps are Panasonic. I got more Panasonic capacitors to do about 9 more clusters. I replaced them all because most capacitors in this cluster last 1000hrs-2000hrs. Some of the pins on the connectors had microfractures when I scoped it, so I reflowed the solder. I replaced a bulb, and had to clean it. I have been thinking about repairing them.
