Its definitely something different to eat and it gives us a break from eating the usual chicken curry This is a delicious curry and If you havent tried this before then its worth a try. If you dont know what Gizzard is. Gizzard is a muscular, thick-walled part of a Chickens stomach. It doesnt sound nice LOL but tastes so good. This is very popular in the Bangali Community and also known as Gilla As always, everyone does have a style of cooking and this is another way you could try too.
