In this video i will explain based on current studies that after how many days a person who got infected with COVID-19 becomes negative and stops spreading the virus to others. This is one of the most asked question from me. As a general view 100% patients are rtRT-PCR positive after one week After 2 week 11%Patient become negative After 3 weeks 34% Patients become negative After 4 weeks 68%patients become negative After 5 weeks 94% patients turn negative And after 6 weeks or 42 days 100% patient show a negative test and they will not be spreading virus to others around them. As a general rule for hospital personnel three consecutive rtRT-PCR tests should be negative before they can go back to their jobs . But for all other people at least 2 consecutive rtRT-PCR tests needs to be negative to return back to their day to day life.
