This time, we're building the Tokyo Metropolitan Circular Route, overcoming local opposition and curses! Some of the scenery has suddenly become more urban. I hope that one day we'll be able to make the entrances and exits more like the Shuto Expressway. I really think it would be great to have entrances and exits on the right side, allowing people to merge onto local roads from the right. I think that building a highway in the city center would make it much easier to alleviate traffic congestion. I'm looking forward to seeing how the traffic congestion will turn out in the future! No mods were used to alleviate congestion, so the PS4 version is running under the same conditions. I also did not use MassTransit's signal removal function or infinite funds.
