Easy greek cake everybody should try named Frigania Zakynthou Frigania is a simple dessert from the Greek island of Zakynthos, made of three layers – the bottom layer is Greek rusks soaked in flavored syrup, the vanilla cream is the middle layer, and the top layer is sweetened whipped cream. When assembled, the cake is typically garnished with a sprinkling of cinnamon but additionally you can also add crushed walnuts, almonds, or pistachios.
