The Epiphone Inspired by Texan. I'll tell you exacty what I think. What do you think? Anyone own this guitar out there? Here's a link to Hayes Tech, where he replaced the tuners on his 60's Texan, made in the USA. That guitar sounds great. I suspect there was little oversight on the Inspired by cousin. In fact, if I'm a USA made Texan, I'm not admitting that I'm related to the Inspired by Texan version :). I had to come back and correct the title on this one, and the description. I had no idea that Epiphone made 2 versions of this guitar! I want to thank Steve Croft for catching my mistake and communicating it to me very respectfully. I was certainly grateful for his feedback on this. This also explains why so many people seem to love the Indonesian Masterbilt version of the Texan, which was frankly beginning to puzzle me.
