Slow Living Isn't Always Easy But Knitting Helps: What I've Learned So Far

A slightly different video to normal as I adapt to a slower pace of life and use my knitting to help me make the changes I need for my own wellbeing. Turning 60 was always going to be a milestone for me and over the last 12 months I still haven't learned to be kinder to myself and take my foot off the pedal a little. This self reflection has made me take a pause and try to adopt new ways of knitting, living and running my business. It isn't easy for some of us to embrace slow living and I share what I am trying to do and where I am struggling with the changes. I hope you find something that connects with how you feel too.
