Is this why there are so many Brompton clones?

I haven't seen much information on how the Brompton v. Chedech copyright infringement case actually ended so I did a deep dive into what happened. This is a link to the original court documents in French, and my English translation: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... I did the translation through Word’s built in translator then ChatGPT for any parts that didn’t make much sense. It’s not a professional translation. Also, I omitted the footnotes in the translation for formatting reasons but I did try to keep the structure similar. I did the translation for my own understanding so please excuse the poor formatting. I've kept the highlighting to show what I thought was interesting.
