The Quarian people are the nomadic space-faring race of Mass Effect's universe. Ousted from their home planet of Rannoch, their history was diluted and much of it left behind. This has lead to a culture of necessity with one eye on the present situation and the other facing the past. But what of their future? This is the Cultural Index a series aimed at exploring various Science-Fiction species.
