Kala Utsav 2025, Pune | Dance - Group | First Prize | Odisha | Dibya, Arnuv, Krishnapriya, Jayseni Kala Utsav 2025 marked a historic milestone in its 11th edition, emerging as one of India’s largest school arts festivals. Organised by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), the national-level festival was held at Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA), Pune, from 20–23 December 2025.
