The time has come for my last training session before my trip to the United States! 🇺🇸 After all the physical, technical, and mental preparation, we had our last training session before the TST — a competition I'll be participating in in the US in the coming weeks. And to close this preparation with a flourish, I once again had the participation of Rato, the X1 goalkeeper and one of the strongest names in the sport in Brazil. It was an intense training session, with lots of reaction time, speed, explosiveness, and our usual banter 😂 Plus, we even did some "street Spanish" with our Spanish-speaking friends.
