Easy laser head maintenance, thanks Aeon!

In this video, I walk you through how to strip and service the laser head on an Aeon Mira Redline. This is a full, hands-on demo showing the exact process I use in my own workshop. If you run a Mira Redline and want to keep your machine cutting and engraving cleanly, this is one of those jobs that sounds worse than it is. Once you see it done properly, it’s very manageable. I cover removing the main components of the laser head, stripping it down, cleaning everything, and putting it back together. Along the way, I share tips to avoid damaging the lenses and show how doing it this way means you don’t risk losing alignment. This video is aimed at Mira Redline owners who want to look after their own machines, reduce downtime, and understand how their laser actually works.
