Amazon Brake Bleeder Tested! 2 Reasons NOT To Buy It!

Complete Beginner's Guide To Bleeding Brakes/ Clutch On Car/ Motorcycle You can get cheap handheld brake bleeder pumps off Amazon, Ebay, AliExpress, Walmart, etc. I tested one out for over a year and decided to give you my thoughts on it. It works, but I would NOT recommend buying this particular one. Instead, there's a better version of it now available online, and I've linked it below. IMPORTANT When bleeding brakes or clutch lines, only use fluids that are compatible with your vehicle. DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 are all cross-compatible and can be mixed. Some European vehicle manufacturers specify LV (low viscosity) versions of the above brake fluid types. This is to ensure correct function of the ABS system. Using LV brake fluids in other vehicles that don't need it will not cause any problems, as long as the DOT standard is correct. DOT 5 should not be mixed with other fluid types. 1L is usually sufficient for bleeding all 4 corners on a medium sized family sedan. Grab 2L to be safe. Rather have too much than too little.
