But when he saw it writhing as though it were a snake, he turned in flight and did not look back. [Allah said], "O Moses, do not fear. Indeed, before Me the messengers do not fear." (10) QS. An-Naml 11 Except for one who has wronged, then substituted good for evil; indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful. (11) QS. An-Naml 12 And put your hand into your pocket; it will come out white, without any harm. [This is] one of nine signs [sent] to Pharaoh and his people. Indeed, they were a disobedient people. [12] QS. An-Naml 13 But when Our signs came to them, clearly visible, they said, “This is obvious magic.” [13] QS.
