How to Record Chat on PS4 with Elgato Game Capture HD - Tutorial - Recording Chat Playstation 4

So I have been wrestling with this for a bit, and I figured out a way to record chat on the PS4 using an Elgato Game Capture HD. For most of you this will probably be free. I had the necessary connectors lying around the house from previous projects. I am sure there will be plenty of questions, so let me have it down in the comments.
