LA RESERVA 1785 Bali 4K Hotel Tour & Review | Luxury Boutique Stay in Canggu

I paid for this stay myself, so as always, this is my honest review. La Reserva 1785 is a small boutique hotel tucked away in Pererenan, just outside the busy heart of Canggu. From the moment I arrived, what stood out most was the service. The food was delicious, with plenty of options, fresh juices, coffee and beautiful presentation. The complimentary afternoon tea was also a lovely touch and something I looked forward to each day. The hotel has thought of the little details too. There's turn-down service each evening, an iPad in the room to order services, and staff are available via WhatsApp if you need anything. I used it for extra pillows, additional amenities and arranging the complimentary buggy service into town, which was always quick and easy. The biggest downside for me is the location. While it's peaceful, quiet and perfect if you want to relax, there isn't much right on your doorstep. You'll either need to walk a little or use the buggy service to reach most cafes, restaurants and shops. That said, the area is developing quickly and I can easily see this becoming one of the trendiest parts of Canggu in the next few years. I stayed in the Pavilion Pool Suite. While it was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean, I did find the room a little smaller and darker than expected. It felt more like a luxury studio than a spacious villa. That said, the bed was comfortable, I slept well, and the private pool was a nice addition. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful boutique stay with exceptional service, fantastic food and a more relaxed side of Canggu, La Reserva 1785 is definitely worth considering.
