Here's what you need to do. Instead of adding in 1/4 cup of powdered milk, you will add in 1 cup of regular milk and TAKE AWAY 1 cup of water from the recipe. So only add in 1/2 cup of water instead of the 1 1/2 cups the recipe calls for.
