Rabbi Immanuel Schochet on The Rambam and The Rebbe

NEVER BEFORE SEEN FOOTAGE! On 26 Iyar 5769 (May 20 2009) Rabbi Immanuel Schochet was the guest speaker at the 29th Siyum Harambam in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch Montreal Zal (Rabbinical College of Quebec). He spoke about the similarities between the Rambam and the Lubavitcher Rebbe. The master of ceremonies was Rabbi Shmuel Kramer, faculty member of the Yeshiva. Rabbi Schochet later farbrenged with Anash and bochurim. The siyum was recited by Rabbi Yehuda Gniwisch. The other speakers included Rabbis Yehuda Leib Kaplan, Berel Bell, Moshe Stern, and Yehonasan Weiss.
