Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's party has won the parliamentary elections in Armenia. European observers have described the elections as "fair and competitive." The Russian government has called them "elections that trampled on democratic values." Opposition groups to the Armenian government have issued a statement saying, "Pashinyan did not win, the Armenian nation lost." Putin is calm, Pashinyan is beating the drum.
