He planned to visit Ukraine so we collaborated this street interview featuring Ukrainians in both Kyiv and Taiwan. The Russia-Ukraine conflict began in 2014 and escalated in 2022 with Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. We were curious about how Ukrainians have changed over the past decade — in their daily lives and state of mind. The entangled history between Russia and Ukraine is long and complex. Today, Ukraine faces constant air raid alerts and walks a tightrope between global powers. Through this video, we couldn’t help but ask ourselves: what about Taiwan?
