The design flaw that makes our engines leak!

We rebuilt this engine last winter and we installed a TBI system in the car. It's been performing well since then, but it developed a pretty serious oil leak from the front crank seal. But how's that even possible with a new seal? Turns out that after rebuilding dozens of engines I never though about this design flaw.
