We have to mention that, this video is just explained keywords theory, which is not the complete idea of the Mantis KungFu, The Praying Mantis Boxing was created a kind of complete style KungFu for the real situation. The founders of Northern Praying Mantis Inspired by the fighting movements of the mantis, came to develop 12 keywords theory , and merged the boxing skills of the 17 schools previously learnt by him , 8 kinds of major footwork of apes(monkeys) into the techniques, also summarizing the techniques of seven long-range and eight short-range, including eight “strong” techniques and twelve “soft “ techniques, as well as ight weakness points of human body which can be strike and what are the eight weakness points can not be strike.
