A third man charged over the alleged mistaken identity kidnapping and murder of 85-year-old grandfather Chris Baghsarian was in bed with his girlfriend when he was nabbed by heavily armed police. Officers from the Tactical Operations Unit who arrested Deklin Donnelly at a western Sydney house on Wednesday morning allegedly found a sawn-off shotgun and ammo under his bed, next to a packet of potato chips and a pair of thongs. They also allegedly located heroin, methylamphetamine, cocaine and cannabis inside 22-year-old Donnelly's latest residence at Seven Hills when they took him into custody about 6.15am.
