Five Cards Using the January 2021 My Monthly Hero Kit from Hero Arts

I used the new My Monthly Hero card kit from Hero Arts (along with some things in my stash) to create these five, bee-themed cards. I was heavily inspired to create this series by Scott from Card Cut Ups (   / @cardcutups1002  ) because he always comes up with amazing card designs and I love the way he talks about and shares his work. As I created my cards, I focused on using the elements from the kit, but also on diving into my stash to use unloved products I've been stockpiling (aka hoarding). It can be difficult to use your favorite, pretty, consumable supplies (especially specialty papers), but if we don't, they'll never get to make their debut.
