I discuss the importance of having a dedicated space for painting, drawing and creating art. I review all of the supplies, materials and furnishings that are a part of my studio. I've created a studio in the basement of my house that is set up just for watercolor painting. It includes three distinct areas - a large central table for painting and preparing my paper, a smaller table for drawing and tracing artwork and a third table that faces a window with northern light.
