The Toontown Community Has a Pedo Problem

This is a video I've wanted to make for a long time, and given recent events particularly in the Smash community, I thought this was a good time to discuss this. I am very much focused on the underlying conditions and culture that have led to this type of problem in my video, and am not going into any specific accusations or making any specific accusations here.
