Casting a Cane Pole

Cane pole fishing has been a round a long time, but the main limitation is that it usually depth. Usually the length of the pole determined the depth. That's because most cane pole fishermen have only thought of the cane pole as an independent system. My basic philosophy in life is that all things are connected. Since my handline rig is far better at bottom fishing, why not put the two together? Cane pole rigging with a few dropper loop on the main line., then run the handline to through the droppers, and you have a complete system. I have yet to use this cane pole fishing technique, but you have seen how devastating my handlines have been. This is just the nest inevitable step in the development cycle. For this cane pole setup you'll need a Cuban yoyo fishing reel since they are the best when it comes to casting. Rest the reel on the ground or boat bottom. Hold the rod as you would a fly rod.
