Abandoned Town of Allenby - Underground Mining In Copper Mountain & Ore Concentrator

Allenby is a ghost town in the Similkameen district of British Columbia. There was a 2000 ton concentrator and mill used to process ore from the copper mountain mine. It was an undergound mine that had copper, gold, and silver in the ore. The whole operation was unsuccessful and was shut down a few years later. The mining town became a ghost town. Today, nothing stands but some old ruins in the hills.
