'They were beautiful people,' YouTubers remember couple killed on Las Vegas Strip

The man accused of killing two people on the Las Vegas Strip made his first court appearance on Tuesday. Police say Manuel Ruiz shot and killed a couple over an ongoing feud. According to an arrest report, Ruiz claims he was acting in self-defense. He is being held without bail and has another hearing on Thursday. Metro Police have identified the victims as Rodney Finley and Tanisha Finley, who were visiting from Arizona when the shooting happened.
