Sehr cremiges Balsamico-Dressing - (auf Vorrat aus dem Themomix)

Hungry at work, barbecue, dinner, unexpected guests, lunch, or just a little snack?! A salad is always a good choice. Definitely a better option than quickly throwing something (usually fatty or sweet) on the table or wolfing it down. Just chop up some vegetables or salad (if you don't have time, just dip it!) and whip up a quick, healthy meal with a ready-made dressing from your fridge! And it's super delicious, too!!! Here's what you need for this simple recipe: 1 clove of garlic 2-3 onions, quartered 200g oil 100g dark balsamic vinegar 150g sour cream, crème fraîche, or similar 50g nut oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 0.5 tsp pepper This recipe can be made in the TM21, TM31, TM5, and TM6, or of course, without a Thermomix.
