Ein Schifflein sah ich fahren - Sea Shanty

A traditional Sea Shanty performed upon my vintage 1950's Hohner Tango IIM accordion, a 3/5 reed instrument in LMM configuration. Musical notation marked "Tempo di Marcia." From Volume One of "Das Grosse Akkordeon-Buch" (Le Grand Album pour l' Accordeon), published by Edition Melodie, Anton Peterer Music & Books, Zurich, Switzerland. All of the selections in this book have been collected and arranged by Herwig Peychaer. Hohner produced this model between 1953 and 1961. The Tango IIM has a strong wooden frame and very good German reeds, all housed in a relatively lightweight, smaller package comprised of 34 treble keys and 96 bass buttons. Many thanks to my friend Jerry Sleger from Wisconsin for tuning and restoring this instrument, replacing leathers and re-waxing where necessary.
