I actually wanted to live in Tokyo, but... the rent was so expensive that I ended up living in Kawasaki, right next to Tokyo, for two full years. But the transportation was so convenient. Back then, I worked in Shinbashi, a place with many companies, and I remember it was less than 20 minutes from Kawasaki. Around this time, I also had my first Japanese boyfriend and went to a Japanese gym. Even then, I wasn't very good at Japanese, so I remember feeling a bit lost and confused about my life in Japan.
