Even though Name Brand Wigs has restocking fees, they do have the most generous TIMEFRAME of them all, with a 60 day return policy. If you are struggling to decide whether or not to keep a wig purchased from them, please reach out to their customer service as they are VERY accommodating and will work with you to GENTLY shake and comb through a piece to make sure it won't work for you (do this in consultation with them). That is MUCH different than some of the other retailers out there, and one of the things I love most about them.
