Are you a Type 1 or at least think you might be a Type 1? Determining your Enneagram type is a process of self-discovery. The Enneagram is not a system that merely identifies clusters of traits. It's more about the motivation, what's in your heart. When uses correctly it aims to pinpoint one’s basic fears and motivations, in order to assist in personal growth and understanding of yourself and others. And that's why I love using it as a tool. In this video I go over the Enneagram Type 1 vs 2-9. What are some similarities and differences between them?
