Macron warns Western troops could join Ukraine war: should they? | LBC debate

Earlier this week, the French President Emmanuel Macron gave a speech on the importance of Ukraine winning the war against Russia. Macron did not rule out the possibility that French troops could be sent to Ukraine, arguing that Vladimir Putin is the 'aggressor' and cannot be allowed to win. "We’re not in that situation today," he said, but then added “all these options are possible.” On the back of this, LBC's Shelagh Fogarty asked her listeners whether they would accept Britain and other Western forces sending troops to fight in the war if it meant stopping Russia.
