A 12 Km desert hike with a total gain in altitude of around 300 meters, out of which 250 meters are part of the steep mountain climb. There is cliff exposure during the hike and parts where you'll have to use your hands while climbing. The whole trail is not shaded, avoid doing this hike in the summer when the desertish temperatures can be dangerous. In the winter, make sure to get updated re rain and flood warnings in the area.
