Adam Nitti - Sequencing Exercises 1
From the online curriculum at AdamNittiMusicEducation.com - This lesson presents the concept of "sequencing" and demonstrates how it can be applied to scale patterns such as the modes of the major scale. Groupings of 2's through 7's are covered and specifically demonstrated using a three note per string C Ionian pattern. Also gives a preview of how these sequences would be applied to the other modes. This is a great technical lesson in addition to being a good foundation for expanding your phrasing and musicality when using scales. Recommended for intermediate level players looking to improve their creativity using scale forms.
